90-DAY SERVICE GUARANTEE

REV is committed to providing service that goes the extra mile, with a team who will do whatever it takes to keep your business up and running. But if you aren’t completely satisfied with our services within the first 90 days, we’ll refund your money.

Details

REV Business will offer customers a refund if they aren’t completely satisfied with services within the first 90 days.

Guarantee applies only to Monthly Service Fees for new REV Business customers.

Installation fees will not be refunded.

In no event shall the refund or credit exceed $1500. Only 90 days of service will be refunded or credited.

Limited to one refund or credit per customer.

REV Business will not release the refund or credit to the customer until any equipment associated with the new contract has been returned to REV Business.

Customer must request a refund or credit within 105 days of service installation (the Turn-Up Date). Early Termination Fees will not apply if customer has notified REV of its election to terminate pursuant to this Guarantee and the applicable service(s) are disconnected within 105 days of the Turn-Up Date.

90-Day customer satisfaction guarantee is for Internet, Voice, Security and TV only and does not apply to Type 2 or off-net services.
