Local broadband provider REV introduces REV Fiber as flagship product brand, reinforcing fiber-first expansion across South Louisiana
New REV Fiber brand highlights the company’s primary fiber internet offering and continued investment in a resilient, future-ready network all backed by local teams
(Gonzales, La.) REV, South Louisiana’s largest, locally owned broadband provider, today announced the launch of REV Fiber, its flagship product brand for fiber internet services. This evolution reinforces the company’s commitment to fiber optic network builds as expansion accelerates across South Louisiana.
REV remains the company’s master brand, while REV Fiber becomes the primary way the company brings its fiber internet services to market for both residential and business customers. For business customers, this will be represented as REV Fiber for Business, aligning the company’s offering under a clearer and more recognizable identity as customers evaluate next-generation connectivity options.
As REV’s footprint grows, the company is prioritizing fiber deployments that deliver symmetrical speeds, improved reliability, and future-ready capacity for how households and businesses use the internet today – from remote work and streaming to online learning, smart home devices, and cloud applications.
“REV Fiber represents the experience we want every customer to have: fast, dependable connectivity backed by local teams who live and work in the communities we serve,” said Josh Descant, CEO of REV. “Introducing REV Fiber at this time is a strategic step that aligns how we show up in the market with the scale, speed, and long-term investment behind the network we are building across Louisiana.”
The REV Fiber brand introduces updated messaging and a more consistent way to communicate fiber availability, construction progress, and service offerings as new neighborhoods, business districts, and parishes come online.
“As more families and businesses ask for fiber, it’s important that the way we talk about it is just as clear as the performance they’ll experience,” said Tressy Leindecker, REV’s executive vice president of Sales and Marketing. “REV Fiber becomes the banner under which we bring together construction updates, installation, and ongoing local support – so customers know exactly what to expect as we expand.”
REV’s fiber-first expansion strategy prioritizes areas where connectivity is outdated or underserved, demand is highest, and where fiber construction can deliver long-term value to residents and local businesses.
